Guidelines

  • Become a member by providing authentic information supported by documents and one photograph.
  • Pay your one-time membership fees of rs 1000/- (one thousand only).
  • You can generate a password against your membership and a membership number will be provided as per registration.
  • Upload your public notice under the various headings available.
  • Once the admin goes through your public notice finds it fit to be uploaded it and then sends you a reminder on your email and cell no. and receives your confirmation it will go live.
  • Once live a public notice cannot be edited or changed.
  • It can only be pulled down. Through an email requesting deletion but it will remain in the archives.
  • You can use standard formats provided or upload your own format.
  • Cost of standard size is rs 300/- (three hundred only).
  • In missing persons and lookout notice you can also upload a picture. (Only for Police and Law Enforcement Agencies).
  • The uploaded public notice will be available to viewers in search by pin code, city, area name or by profession and owner name.
  • A user can upload through his registered email id, registered cell no. Coupled with his password only.
  • All public notice will have date and exact time of uploading mentioned on it, the public notice will remain live for a period of thirty days and the will be sent to archives. It can be retrieved from archives and viewed by member whenever needed.
  • A certificate will be provided by email on the end of thirty days informing of the public notice being live for that period.
